It will change by what inspires me when tasting through barrels, what specific barrels I’ll pick to create the next limited release.
The artwork and story of Collection will change each time — and it might be a bourbon, a blended bourbon and rye.
Our first limited release is a straight rye —
a blend of 2015 95% rye and 2017 49% barley malt rye”
